David Fiorucci

Biography

Leadership expert, author, speaker, founder, and entrepreneur

Born in 1968 in Fribourg, Switzerland, a dual Swiss and Italian citizen, David Fiorucci has spent more than thirty years leading teams—in SMEs and in large national and international companies, in industry, services, the public sector, and finance. From 2012 to June 2016 he was a member of senior management at the Zurich headquarters of Swiss Life Switzerland, where he headed Learning & Development and supported the company’s transformation.

In 2016 he founded LP3 AG / SA in Biel/Bienne, which develops approaches at the intersection of leadership, organizational development, and conscious transformation: LP3®, Octocracy®, Cofluencer®, SALTER®—and now Equiconscism®, the theory that links them all. He holds several mandates in higher education, is a member of the advisory committee of the Association suisse pour la formation des cadres (Swiss Association for Management Training), and works in French, German, English, and Italian across Switzerland, France, Germany, and Austria.

Married since 1998 to Barbara Fiorucci-Huber and father of three children, he acts through four levers of impact: training and leadership; the private foundation “DFi David Fiorucci”; volunteering and philanthropy on behalf of the planet, its nature, its wildlife, and its inhabitants; and the project of the Cloister of Suspended Time, a place of retreat where consciousness can turn toward the themes that matter most for the individual and for society.
